Can't sleep at all. It's so hot and humid. Decided to update this thing. Hopefully I will fall asleep halfway through. What's everyone been up to? I hope everyone is enjoying their summer vacation while I'm sweating my balls off at work everyday.  Man, I've been in the military for nearly 3 years and I have yet done anything exciting. It's so repetitive. Wake up, work, eat, continue work, get off work, eat and then sleep. Rinse and repeat. Throw in standing duty every four days. It's like going to school except its boring. Stress level has gone up while crews moral has gone down every since the new captain came on board. Work load has gone up as well as cleaning the boat. We now clean for 3 hours every day including Saturday. I failed my advancement exam back in March Hopefully I pass it this upcoming September. Seriously need to move off base and get away from the boat as far as possible to keep my sanity.I have one more year to decide to what to do with my career. Still
haven't decided to reenlist or get out and go to college. One half is
telling me to reenlist long enough to do shore duty and then get out
while the other half is telling me to get the hell out as soon as
possible. Man don't see how anyone can plan out their life so far out.
My mind is blank whenever someone ask me where I see myself or what do
I want to do 5,10, 15 years from now. Hell I can't even decide what I
want to have for dinner Alright enough about work. I'm getting depressed just thinking about it.

Lets see, nothing much as change since I lasted updated. I did manage to keep one of my New Year's resolution. It was not to buy any type of footwear for at least 6 months. It's now July 6th and I have yet bought any new sneakers. *pats self on back* Yet I'm still broke Instead of saving the money I didn't spend on sneakers, I went out and got 3 tattoos and 2 nipple piercings I really need to learn how to stop pissing money away. Nearly had a heart attack when I seen the prices for airline tickets to fly back home. Almost $1K!! Don't even know if I'm even able to go back home this year Times like this makes me wish I should have stayed in Connecticut as my permanent duty station. Just a 2 hr train ride away from home. Instead of a 10+ hour 5Kmile plane ride. Miss everyone back home
